Factory 43X sights are a .240" rear and .165" front. Ameriglo front and rear sights. They have the Defoor set for 43X too, it doesn't specify heights, but probably same as factory. Since the subject didn't specify a particular red dot, I want to say that the Trijicon Glock Suppressor Night Sights co-witness perfectly with a RMR RM07. So much so you can align the dot with the sights and be dead on when checking the RMR dot adjustment.
