The other weird thing is the flashtool shows my enclosure as a 3.1 Gen1 drive now, but previously before flashing to 209 firmware it showed as a 3.1 Gen2 drive. So somehow after the firmware flash the enclosure went from 10GB/s to 5GB/s.
