WebIncase the previous comment didnt do it, ive found that deleting the 'jagexcache' file generally fixes most booting issues ive ever had in the past that are on my end and not jagex's end. So uninstall, delete cache, re install and cross fingers and toes that you dont need to socialise (i tried it last week, people suck irl)
