Webbecause of too much effort to keep subtle dullness away, I developed a head pressure when closing my eyes. I get this pressure when I want to sleep too, but I have to bring me intentionally into dullness to let the pressure disappear. Im now working now in stage 5 again to bring a more relaxing attitude into my sits.
