It does not matter whether the person works full time or part time. Web1099 NEC is for ‘ Non employee’ compensation. You work for them. You are an employee. They are wrong to not give you a W2. They need to be reported to the IRS or perhaps you will need to consult an attorney? They are wrong. The way they did this was to give you the responsibility of paying all your own taxes including the SS taxes. Wrong of them.
