The only time I run a solo was with a FMT. I've made an incredilble, once-per-millenium stats roll and just had to try it. It was the most boring BG run I've ever had.

It's no Kensai->Mage, and is probably weaker overall than Fighter/Cleric combos but does still get Ironskins for good defense.
