The ground is unnecessary in EMT, so get rid of that and bump your #14s to #12, but 15A is not legal for kitchen countertop circuits. We have to add 3x6 gauge wires into the conduit with no issue of fill, I think its under 35% fill. But table 5C states 70% derating for 7-24 wires. Table 2 for 6 gauge at 75 degree column is 65 amps and derating at 70% we're at 45.5 Amps.
