It's showing the old profile then all of sudden it changed to "page has been removed" etc.

Webmake sure you select the right character to be sent, some items like fantasia are for a single character use only, so if you have multiple characters need to be carefull to not be sent to the wrong one,it is not normal to take that long usually is less than 5 min, can try to relog again to see if it works, check you mail box to see if is not full …
