WebClinCard is a reloadable debit card that is available for use as a method to reimburse research participants. It is an alternative to other approved methods, which are described in the University’s Petty Cash Policy. The ClinCard program is available to all qualifying University of Miami research studies, where participants need to be consented. WebSign up for a session and the WBL will assign a Visa Virtual ClinCard to you. The card will ONLY be virtual, not physical. Look for an email with the subject line “ Your Virtual ClinCard has arrived .” Open the email and click the “ Access your card ” button. This will take you to the ClinCard website. You will be asked for an access code.
